Jorge oversees the construction and development in Southern California as a project manager. He has nearly seventeen years of professional experience in construction, development, design, multi- family, and single family. Prior to Encore, he was involved in 1,400+ units in several phases of the project such as design, city approval process, pre-con, grading, infrastructure, structural and finishes. Jorge is a licensed general contractor, class “B” and graduated from the University of Phoenix.
