Meet Nicole– the dedicated, bilingual real estate expert and Los Angeles native turning her client’s real estate dreams to reality. As a full-time agent, she seamlessly blends her local knowledge with a reach extending all the way down to Temecula’s famous wine county estates. As a first-generation child of Nicaraguan immigrants, hard work and perseverance are ingrained in her ethos. Beyond her passion for real estate, Nicole has coached as a N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer for two years, helping improve not only the financial state of her clients, but their physical health and well-being, as well. Her interest in entrepreneurship began at the early age of 15, when she started her own hand-made custom rug business out of her garage and still to this day makes rugs in her free time as her creative outlet. Her hands-on business experience has taught her that there are no shortcuts when it comes to running a business you’re passionate about and ensuring client satisfaction to the highest possible degree.
