My name is Taraneh and I am dedicated to helping you find your dream home and brightening your day! A little about me: My exposure to real estate began at a young age. Growing up, my mother used to rehab and sell homes, and I would help her stage them. Sometimes I would even give creative makeovers to basic or older furniture pieces for this purpose. I always love being able to put my creative touch and aesthetic eye into making a home feel warm and inviting. Before my career in real estate sales, I spent several years working in property management. I started as a leasing consultant for one of the largest management companies in the U.S. and was recognized for being the top producing leasing consultant in my region. As a result of my high performance, I was promoted to a resident manager position. In that role I focused more on the reporting and accounting side of management My background and passion are what paved the way for me to begin a career in real estate. As a real estate agent, helping others is what motivates me and makes me feel purposeful. My mission when working with my clients is to make sure they feel heard and understood. I love being able to build a relationship, and getting to know my clients so I can ensure that I am meeting all of their needs.
